I am looking for an experienced electrical engineer to help me with a short-term project. I need assistance with the field of electronics specifically, as I do have a specific problem with drive failures across multiple pieces of equipment. This has been a long term problem and want advice as to load, conditioning, grounding or anything that might improve the life span of our drives, motors and plc’s.
