Project Description
I am looking for an experienced electronics engineer to design and build a safe demonstration prototype that simulates an overheated electrical wire. The prototype is for demonstration purposes only and should allow people to experience the characteristic burning smell produced when a wire overheats.

The system should use a small replaceable wire that intentionally burns during each demonstration. After it burns, the wire should be easy to replace for the next demonstration.

Working Principle
Press the START push button.
The system supplies power to a small replaceable demonstration wire.
The wire heats rapidly and burns in a controlled manner, producing a small amount of smoke and a burning smell.
The demonstration takes place inside a transparent acrylic enclosure.
After a few seconds, the system automatically switches OFF.
Once cooled, the burnt wire can be removed and replaced with a new wire for the next demonstration.
