Project Scope:
✅ Review, assess, and remediate current designs and build processes to meet Australian & international standards
✅ Lead a team of trades, ensuring compliance and best practices in electrical safety & system design
✅ Collaborate with OEMs to implement BEV technology in mining equipment
✅ Hands-on, fast-paced role with global exposure and technical challenges
✅ Opportunity to recruit & build a team of engineers to drive project success
Requirements:
? Strong experience in electrical design & compliance (AS3000, BEV standards)
? Knowledge of mobile mining equipment & high-voltage systems
? Ability to work hands-on with trades & lead compliance-driven remediation
