Double-Layer Aluminum PCB Design
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m building a new industrial controller and need a reliable double-layer PCB laid out on an aluminum core. Thermal performance and mechanical durability are priorities, so please keep trace widths, spacing, and copper weight appropriate for sustained factory-floor use and frequent load cycles.
I will share the schematic and key electrical parameters once we start. From there, I’d like you to handle:
• Complete board layout on aluminum substrate
• Optimised placement for heat-dissipating components
• Gerber and drill files ready for fabrication
• Finished BOM with manufacturer part numbers
• Design files in Altium, KiCad, or another mainstream tool so I can make future revisions
Before final hand-off, I’ll run your files through my DFM checks; if you already work to IPC standards that will speed approval.
If this scope fits your expertise with aluminum boards and double-layer routing, let’s get started.
