Design Small Clock Circuit Board using TXCO

Job ID: 37513836

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

We need a PCB design and 3 manufactured prototypes of a small clock circuit board (~4 cm x ~3 cm). The output frequency is 52 Mhz to be driven by the SiT5358 VCTCXO, which can be purchased online at SiTime. Operating temperature range is 0 to 70 degrees C. A POTS trim adjusts the VCTCXO with +/- 6.25 PPM. The board should include 3 mounting holes for 4-40 screws, with any layout.

The circuit board output connector will be SMA female with 50 Ohm impedance and ~0.6 V peak-to-peak square wave output. The supported power input should be DC 10 - 15 V input using a Molex 3-pin standard PC fan male connector (with pin 1 ground and pin 2 providing ~12 V input.)

The project includes delivery of the manufactured prototypes, as well as schematics and gerber files. We propose payment of 1/4 upon delivery of a design, 1/4 upon completion of manufacturing of prototypes where you either hand assemble or outsource assembly, 1/4 upon successful confirmation testing of prototypes from our side, and then 1/4 upon our successful ordering of assembled and working boards from a standard US board manufacturer of your choice like Advanced Circuits, Accutrace, etc.
