Project: Design of a Powerdrive for a 6 kW permanent magnet electric motor
• Source of energy of the Powerdrive : Battery: Voltage 72 (52.5 - 88.2) V, Current 100 Amps
• Delivered energy to the electric motor: 6 kW; two Speeds : 900; 1010 RPM; Current : ~73 Amps; Voltage : 47 V, Electromotive force 42V, 3 phases
• Service: Continuous ; change of speed at will
• Volume allocated to the Powerdrive: Diam 140 mm; Length 120 mm
• The client will be in charge of the mechanical integration of the power drive with the e-motor. The Powerdrive will be laying on the rear side of the emotor.
• The powerdrive will be surrounded by cooling water, except on its sides.

• Electrical scheme, Topology scheme
• Electrical and thermal Design analysis
• Bill of Material of all the components, including their individual technical specification data sheet
• Optional: production of first units
