DXF-Based 2-Layer PCB Layout
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a complete mechanical outline in DXF format and need it translated into a fully routed, double-layer PCB ready for fabrication. The board will live inside a consumer-electronics product, so compact routing, clean silkscreen and DFM-friendly clearances are important.
Because I don’t yet have a fixed parts list, I’m looking for your guidance on component selection—everything from connectors and regulators to passives that suit low-cost, high-volume production. Once we lock those in, please create the schematic, place and route the board, and generate fabrication data.
Deliverables
• Source files (Altium, KiCad or Eagle—whichever you prefer)
• Gerber, drill and pick-and-place files
• Annotated schematic PDF and BOM with supplier links
• Step/IDF export to verify the PCB still matches the original DXF outline
Acceptance will be based on the board matching the DXF envelope, passing basic ERC/DRC and being ready for a standard PCB house to build without modification.
