Custom pizza Vending Machine Technology Integration
Budget: $20 – $30 SGD
I’m launching a new vending concept and need a specialist who can design, build, and integrate the complete technology stack that makes a modern machine tick. The work spans everything from the brain-level firmware to the customer-facing interface, so I’m keen to collaborate with someone who has both hardware know-how and solid software chops.
Core objectives
• End-to-end system architecture: controller board selection, wiring diagrams, and firmware that drives motors, sensors, and cashless peripherals.
• Flexible payment acceptance: contactless cards, mobile wallets, or other proven modules—guide me on the best mix for reliability and PCI compliance.
• Real-time data: cloud-based inventory and health monitoring that lets me see stock levels, sales, and alerts from anywhere.
• User interface: I’m still weighing touchscreen, physical buttons, or even a companion mobile app; your insight on usability and cost trade-offs will drive the final choice.
Deliverables
1. Schematics and BOM for the electronics stack
2. Compiled firmware with documented source code
3. Back-end dashboard (web or app) showing live machine metrics
4. Front-end UI prototype and finalized assets
5. Setup guide so a technician can reproduce the build without guesswork
Acceptance criteria
• Prototype completes an end-to-end sale under lab conditions (select product, process payment, dispense item, update cloud inventory).
• Remote dashboard accurately reflects machine state within 60 seconds of any event.
• All code, wiring diagrams, and documentation handed off in a repo I can maintain going forward.
If you’ve built kiosks, automated retail units, or similar IoT devices, I’d love to see relevant examples and hear how you’d approach this build. Let’s craft a vending experience that feels truly next-gen.
