Custom Circuit Board Terminators Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am seeking a skilled freelancer to design and manufacture 75 custom circuit board terminators for a radio device. The boards should measure 1.2 inches by 2.4 inches and feature components on a single side, including a 64-position Molex connector (part number 0714390164).
Key Requirements:
- Each board must include two 1206 class/package 100 ohm resistors: one connecting pins 52 and 54, and the other connecting pins 51 and 53.
- The boards should have two 0.125-inch diameter holes.
- The circuit board material should be FR4, and the solder must be lead-free.
- Boards must comply with RoHS standards.
- The primary function of these terminators is signal termination/dummy load on a matching and open RF connector that is unused.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing and manufacturing custom circuit boards.
- Familiarity with Molex connectors.
- Knowledge of RoHS compliance and lead-free soldering techniques.
