Custom CCTV SMPS PCB Design

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a reliable PCB layout for a CCTV power-supply module that converts 230 VAC mains to a regulated 12 V DC at 5 A. I already have a rough schematic and key components in mind, but I want the entire board laid out exclusively with through-hole parts because it will be serviced in the field by technicians who prefer that format.

The board must fit a custom footprint rather than a generic size; the exact outline can be finalised together once we discuss mechanical constraints inside the metal enclosure. Expect the usual SMPS considerations—sufficient creepage and clearance, good thermal management around the transformer and switching devices, and tidy routing to keep EMI under control.

Please include in your scope:
• a review (and refinement if needed) of my current schematic
• the finished PCB layout ready for fabrication (Gerber, drill files, pick-and-place not required since everything is through-hole)
• a complete BOM with manufacturer part numbers
• brief design notes highlighting safety limits, fuse rating, and test points for troubleshooting
