Custom 18650 Battery Charger
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a custom lithium-ion battery charger for an 18650 battery.
Requirements:
- Charger type: Desktop
- Charging current: 2A
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with designing and building battery chargers, especially for lithium-ion batteries.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to battery charging.
- Ability to create a compact and efficient desktop charger design.
Here is a picture of the battery. All sides and charging ports. I have enclosed a picture of the current charger also. Now I don’t need it to look like this. This is a 2 bay charger where they both are on their sides. I really can just deal with a single bay, and it can slide in sideways. Price is a major consideration. It needs to have a light that shows that the battery is “dead”, “charging”, and “fully charged” or a variation of that.
We could do a 3d printed case. Something extremely simple. Even better…I will need these consistently. This is not a 1 time purchase. I go through about 30-40 a month. I’m hoping to up that to 100 at some point. We could work out a per piece price. They won’t let me put that down. Let’s talk it over. I have the original units you can look over, even copy if necessary.
