Design 150W Isolated SMPS (12V 10A + 5V + 3.3V) with PCB & Gerber
I need a professional electrical engineer to design a compact, isolated SMPS power supply for a commercial product.
## Requirements:
### Input:
* 90–265V AC
* PCB-mounted IEC C6 (laptop-type input)
### Outputs:
* 12V @ 10A (main rail)
* 5V @ 5A
* 3.3V @ 3A
### Topology:
* Preferred: Flyback (or suggest better if needed for reliability)
* Isolation required (safety critical)
### PCB Constraints:
* Size: Approx. 35–45 mm width × 120–150 mm length
* Compact design for slim enclosure
* SMD preferred
### Features:
* EMI filter (MOV, NTC, CM choke)
* Full protections: OVP, OCP, SCP
* Low ripple and stable output
* Proper thermal design
### Deliverables:
* Complete schematic (annotated)
* Transformer design (with winding details)
* PCB layout (EasyEDA preferred)
* Gerber files (manufacturing ready)
* BOM with part numbers
* Test points and debugging guide
### Additional Requirements:
* Should be suitable for 3-year warranty commercial product
* Must follow proper isolation and safety standards
Bonus (optional but preferred):
* Experience with SMPS >100W
* EMI/thermal optimization experience
* Prior similar project samples
