Compact Double-Layer PCB
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a custom-designed, double-layer PCB for a new consumer electronics concept. The board must stay under 5 cm and circular to fit inside a watch face on its longest edge and be optimized for low-noise, low-power operation while keeping component count sensible for volume production.
You will take my schematic draft (PDF + rough netlist) and translate it into a clean, manufacturing-ready layout. Proper impedance control on high-speed traces, thoughtful placement for thermal relief, and clear silkscreen labelling are all important. I am comfortable with Altium, KiCad, or Eagle files, so pick the platform you work fastest in and note any paid libraries you rely on.
Deliverables
• Editable project file (Altium/KiCad/Eagle)
• Gerber + drill files ready for fab
• Pick-and-place file and BOM with manufacturer part numbers
• 3D step model of the assembled board
Acceptance criteria: files open without errors, DRC passes for a standard 4/4 mil process, and all reference designators match the BOM.
Once the design is complete and I sign off on the previews, I will send it straight to my prototype house; speed and accuracy are key. If you have questions about the enclosure or connector cut-outs, just let me know early so we can lock them down.
