Commercial HVAC System Repair

Our building’s rooftop commercial HVAC unit refuses to power up. A safety is opened on the BAS controls side causing the air handler not to run. I need a controls HVAC technician to get to the bottom of this failure.
Scope of work
• Run a full electrical and controls diagnostic (low-voltage wiring, contactors, control board, safety switches, BACnet/thermostat communication).
• Identify the exact component or wiring fault preventing start-up.
• Restart the system, verify both heating and cooling modes, and clear any lockout codes.
Deliverables
1. Brief diagnostic report noting the root cause and corrective action.
2. Proof of successful restart (photo/video of running equipment or BMS screenshot).
A quick turnaround is essential to keep the workspace comfortable for staff, so please indicate your earliest on-site availability and estimated repair time. Standard service tools (multimeter, clamp meter, gauges, laptop with BMS software) will be expected; I can supply ladders and site access.
Completion is accepted once the unit powers on normally, cycles without alarms for at least 30 minutes, and temperature control is restored.
