15V 60A Buck Converter Design

I need a complete, from-scratch design for a synchronous buck converter that delivers a regulated 15 V at 60 A to run a custom battery-charging system. High efficiency is absolutely critical, so every design choice—from topology and switching frequency to MOSFET selection, magnetics, and control strategy—must be aimed at wringing out the lowest possible losses. Because the unit will sit inside a large charging cabinet, there are no tight space constraints; thermal performance and reliability take priority over compactness.

What I expect from you:
• Detailed schematic and component selection, including controller IC, power stage devices, magnetics specs, snubbers, and all protection circuitry (OV, UV, OCP, OTP, soft-start, etc.).
• Well-annotated PCB layout files (Altium, KiCad, or similar) with sensible copper weights, layer stack, thermal relief, and current-carrying considerations appropriate for 60 A continuous output.
• A clean bill of materials with part numbers, footprints, and suggested sources.
• Efficiency simulation/measurement evidence showing the design meets a high-efficiency target (let me know what is realistically achievable, preferably >95 % at nominal load).
• Brief design report explaining key calculations and design trade-offs so I can review and sign off before prototype ordering.
