Would like advice on what type of connectors would be best as well. Right now I am using JST XH 2.54 22 awg connectors to power the raspberry pis via their 5v pin headers. Would like some sort of standard connectors that are easy to connect and disconnect.

Each device will be wired from their respective voltage connection.

Right now the entire device draws around 500 mA. When I connect the power input for charging the battery draws 4 A.

I think 6, 5v connections and 4, 24v connections will be best in case I need to add devices.

Would like the board to fit in a 130mm x 60mm area. The smaller the better.

Will also need mounting holes.

I am quite novice with PCB design so please let me know of any questions you have.
