Single-Layer Automotive PCB Design

Job ID: 40217902

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I have an automotive concept that calls for a compact, single-layer printed circuit board, and I need an experienced designer to turn my schematic notes into production-ready files that satisfy ISO 9001 quality requirements. The job covers completing the layout, running the electrical rule checks, and preparing Gerbers, drill files, and a concise BOM so the board can move straight into fabrication.

I can supply preliminary component selections and the mechanical outline; you’ll refine placement, optimize the trace routing for low noise in a 12 V environment, and double-check manufacturability. Your familiarity with Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle is welcome—just let me know which platform you prefer. Once the files are ready, I’d like a quick DFM review together to confirm everything meets typical automotive derating guidelines.

Deliverables:
• Native design files and exported Gerbers/drill data
• BOM with manufacturer part numbers
• PDF schematic and assembly drawing

If you’ve handled single-layer automotive boards before and can work to ISO 9001 practices, let’s get started.
