4 Layer PCB design for Automotive application

I am seeking a skilled PCB designer to create a 4-layer PCB for an automotive application. The primary function of the PCB is for a control system. I have specific components and/or a schematic that I would like to be included in the design. The preferred software for this project is Altium Designer/Any other.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experienced in designing 4-layer PCBs for automotive applications
- Proficient in Altium Designer/Any Standard PCB Design tool
- Familiar with control systems and their requirements for PCBs
- Able to work with specific components and schematics provided by the client
- Knowledgeable in selecting appropriate components for the application
