CircleCI - Compare YAML file against a schema

Need to compare a yaml file against a schema from GitHub repo upon a pull request. This will need to be done on CircleCI upon pull request and take the yaml file to checked and compare to a schema, if passes it will allow the pull request, if not it will show where it failed in error message.
