Warm Residential Property Video Shoot
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
This project is all about crafting a welcoming, story-driven video that shows my residential property at its best. I want viewers to feel the charm of every interior space, appreciate the curb appeal outside, and sense the lifestyle offered by the surrounding neighborhood amenities—all wrapped in a warm, inviting tone.
We’ll spend time on-site capturing:
• Sun-lit interior rooms, architectural details, and lived-in touches
• Key exterior angles that highlight the façade, landscaping, and outdoor areas
• Nearby amenities—parks, cafés, or other local spots that sell the location
After filming, I’ll count on you for a polished edit: smooth cuts, gentle color grading, royalty-free background music, and clean transitions that keep the pacing friendly and dynamic. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve are all fine; use whichever suits your workflow.
Deliverables
• Final 16:9 Full-HD master, ready for MLS and YouTube
• Optional vertical or square social cut if you can include it at no extra effort
• Project files or a cloud link with all raw footage for future use
Acceptance criteria
• Each focus area—interior, exterior, neighborhood—appears at least once
• No single clip exceeds seven seconds to maintain an engaging tempo
• Warm, natural color palette with consistent exposure across scenes
