Narrative Music Video Cameraman Wanted
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m putting together a narrative-driven music video and need an experienced cameraman who can capture the story across several settings in a single production day. We’ll be moving between a few indoor and outdoor spots—think an intimate apartment scene, a city alley, and a twilight rooftop finale—so mobility and an eye for continuity are crucial.
You’ll need to arrive with a professional cinema camera plus a versatile lighting kit. I’ll supply the storyboard, shot list, and talent; you’ll advise on framing, lens choices, and any quick lighting tweaks as we shift locations. Sound is covered separately, so your focus stays on rich visuals and smooth coverage.
Deliverables
• All raw 4K (or higher) footage, properly labeled by scene and take
• A brief lighting diagram or notes for each location (helps my colorist)
• One or two behind-the-scenes stills for promo use
I’m aiming for clean, cinematic takes that cut seamlessly into a three-minute narrative edit. If you’ve shot multi-location music videos before and can keep a small crew flowing, let’s lock in a date and make this look stellar.
