Historic Construction - Cooper Arms Building in Long Beach, CA - Drone & Photo Shoot

Job ID: 40296305

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need a skilled visual storyteller to spend a few hours on-site at our historic building remodel and capture both sweeping drone footage and crisp still photographs that we can use in marketing collateral and investor updates. The focus is on the craftsmanship itself: key structural areas coming together and the day-to-day activity of our crew that brings life to the restoration.

Because of the lighting on this property, mid-morning or early-afternoon works best. You’ll have full access to the roofline and ground perimeters, so you can safely fly your drone for dramatic overhead passes while also moving in for detailed ground shots with a DSLR or mirrorless camera.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• 4K, color-corrected aerial clips showing exterior progress and surrounding context
• A concise highlight reel (≈60–90 sec) suitable for social media
• 20–30 retouched high-resolution stills featuring structural details, worker activity, and wide progress angles
• All usable raw files transferred via cloud link for our archive

FAA certification and on-site insurance for drone operations are required; please confirm this in your reply. If you have samples from similar heritage or construction projects, that will help speed up selection. I’m ready to book quickly so we can take advantage of current weather conditions.
