[Health4TheWorld] Looking for Cinematographers for Our Documentary
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Greetings! I hope you are doing well and staying safe during these times. My name is Megan. I am working with Dr. Bhavya Rehani at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Rehani is the Co-founder of Health4TheWorld (link: https://www.health4theworld.org/). We are a California-based, award-winning nonprofit dedicated to promoting global health through education, media, humanitarian assistance, and technology solutions in underprivileged communities around the world. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been working on movies and documentaries to spread awareness of and help end this pandemic, which is culturally sensitive to the different populations we serve. Our global physician and patient community has been helping us with these projects, and we are grateful to be able to work with 122 countries.
For one of our documentaries, we will be filming in the NYC, New York and the Boston, Massachusetts area. We would like to work with local cinematographers who would be interested in helping with this project. This opportunity will ask you to film interviews with the physicians who we work with in your city (we will connect you with the physicians) and associated B-roll footage. Time commitment would be 1 day (maximum 4 hours). We would be able to compensate you $100 for this 1 day commitment.
