Event Videographer Needed This Saturday
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’ll be in Kuching this Saturday, 18 July, and need a videographer beside me for roughly six to seven hours. The day centres on one person—our principal—so think of it like following a bride through a wedding: candid, natural, no staged moments. Your camera should quietly track her as she greets guests, presents jewellery and generally runs the show.
Style
• Highlight video: keep it natural and documentary-style, letting the atmosphere breathe.
• Reels: two to three vertical cuts that spotlight her interactions with attendees rather than product-only shots.
Interview segment
At some point during the event I’ll pull our principal aside for a short, straight-to-camera piece (1–2 min). Please bring a lav or other discreet mic and a simple, clean setup so we can knock this out quickly.
Deliverables
• 60–90 sec highlight film
• 2–3 vertical Instagram reels
• 1 × interview video (1–2 min)
• All usable raw footage on handover
What I need from you today
1. Confirm you’re free for the full 6–7-hour window this Saturday.
2. Quote a package rate that includes shooting and editing the pieces above.
3. Point me to recent event or single-subject documentary samples.
4. Let me know how fast you can turn the edits around—ASAP is the goal.
If this lines up with your kit, style and schedule, drop me a note and we’ll lock it in.
