Dynamic Real Estate Promo Shoot
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I run a real-estate firm in Noida and I’m ready to energise my online presence with a punchy promotional video. I need you on site to film the property, the neighbourhood vibe and a few action shots of me speaking to camera. The final piece has to feel fast-paced and engaging, the kind of content that stops a scroll on Instagram yet still looks polished on YouTube.
You’ll handle the shoot end-to-end: planning a concise storyboard, bringing the right gear for crisp audio and stabilised footage, and then editing two cuts—landscape for YouTube and a vertical reel for Instagram. Add dynamic transitions, light motion graphics and captions so viewers can watch without sound.
Deliverables:
1. Raw footage in 4K or Full HD.
2. Edited YouTube version (≈1–3 min, landscape, MP4).
3. Edited Instagram Reel (30–60 sec, vertical, MP4).
4. Basic colour grade, royalty-free music and subtitle file.
