I have a completed text-based script that runs 10–15 minutes and I need it turned into a polished, cinematic video with a strong dramatic tone. The finished piece should feel like a short film: rich visuals, smooth pacing, professional colour grading, and seamless sound design.

Scope
• Expand the supplied text into a full visual treatment, storyboard, and shot list.
• Capture or source footage that matches the dramatic mood—live action, stock, or a hybrid approach is fine as long as it feels cohesive.
• Record or integrate spoken dialogue where indicated in the script, keeping performances natural and emotionally engaging.
• Underscore the narrative with fitting background music (original or properly licensed), mixed so it supports the story without overpowering it.
• Handle all editing in Premiere Pro, Resolve, Final Cut—or the tool you prefer—followed by cinematic colour grading and final audio mix.
• Deliver the master file in 4K (plus an H.264 web-ready version) along with project files.

Acceptance Criteria
• Runtime falls between 10 and 15 minutes.
• Visuals, dialogue, and music blend smoothly with no abrupt jumps or mismatched levels.
• Colours, contrast, and overall polish match current cinematic standards.
• All media used is cleared for commercial use and documented.
