Cinematic Wedding Video Editing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have raw footage from a multi-day South Asian wedding—civil ceremony, Mehendi, Haldi, Nikah and the grand reception—and I want it shaped into an emotionally charged, cinematic story. The shots are already captured; what I need now is an editor who can weave them together with creative pacing, seamless transitions, tasteful color grading and balanced audio so the final films feel like high-end cinema rather than simple documentation.
Deliverables
• Social-media reel: 3–4 VIDEO 30-50SEC, portrait 1080×1920, punchy and shareable
• Highlight film: 5–7 min, widescreen 4K, music-driven with spoken-word overlays where they add impact
• Full-length film: 90–120 min, chronological narrative that covers every ritual and reception moment in detail
What matters most is a polished, cinematic tone—think carefully chosen B-roll, gentle speed-ramps, tasteful slow-motion, and a color palette that enhances the vibrant Mehendi and Haldi hues without looking oversaturated. I’ll supply the multicam ceremony footage, reception speeches, and all B-roll via cloud drive; proxy workflow is fine if you prefer.
Please let me know which NLE you’ll use (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut—your call) and share samples of similar wedding films you’ve cut. Once hired, I’ll send the footage link and music preferences so we can agree on sequencing before you dive in.
BUDGET IS $125-150
