Carnal Merchant is a narrative short film that explores the tension between desire, identity, and consequence. The story follows young individuals who encounter a mysterious figure—the Carnal Merchant—who offers them what they think they want, only for them to realise the deeper cost of their choices.

The film blends drama, symbolism, and psychological tension, with a strong moral and reflective undertone. It is designed to spark conversation around temptation, self-awareness, and transformation, particularly among young audiences.

Trailer Objective
We are seeking a freelancer to create a high-impact, cinematic trailer (60–90 seconds) that will:
Build intrigue and emotional tension
Introduce the central concept without revealing too much
Highlight key moments, tone, and atmosphere
Drive audience interest ahead of the official premiere
