Cinematic Short Video Edit
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a raw clip that runs under one minute and I want it to feel like a movie trailer rather than a casual phone recording. Your task is to weave in cinematic-style transitions and on-brand effects so every frame flows with purpose and energy.
The footage is already trimmed to the sequence I need; what’s missing is that dramatic polish—think tasteful light leaks, film-inspired overlays, or smooth speed-ramping that builds momentum without looking gimmicky. I’m open to your creative input on where a transition should hit, how text or a logo could appear, and what color mood best supports the story, provided the overall effect stays cinematic rather than flashy music-video style.
Deliverables
• Final edit in MP4 (1080p or higher)
• Separate project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you use) so I can make tiny tweaks later
• Any custom LUTs or assets you apply, neatly organized in a folder
Timing is straightforward: once you receive the files, a first cut within three days and one round of notes after that should get us to the finish line. Let me know which NLE you prefer, share a couple of links that showcase comparable work, and we’ll get rolling.
