All of our engagement footage and photos were captured by professionals, and I now need those raw moments shaped into a single, romantic-and-dreamy Save the Date film. Think luxury wedding trailer rather than a slideshow: gentle pacing, seamless transitions, fine-art color grading, and a score that lifts the emotion from start to finish.
Scope
• Select the most compelling engagement highlights from the supplied folders (video + stills).
• Craft a cohesive story arc that feels intimate and elegant—no gimmicks, just cinematic flow.
• Apply polished edits: smooth cuts, tasteful speed ramps if useful, letterbox framing, and subtle motion graphics or titles only where they serve the mood.
• Professionally grade footage for a soft, luminous palette; skin tones must stay natural.
• Choose and synchronize licensed music that matches the dreamy tone; include proof of license.
• Deliver the master in 4K (and a 1080p social-ready version), H.264-encoded .mp4.
Acceptance
The piece should run 60–90 seconds, clearly feature our engagement moments, and feel ready for big-screen projection as well as Instagram. Two revision rounds are included so we can dial in pacing or color tweaks.
