Cinematic Event Videography in Cancún
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
On 16 June 2026 I will be hosting “Beyond the Horizon — An Exclusive DJI Imaging Exploration,” a corporate gathering at Secrets The Vine Cancún (Blvd. Kukulcan Km 14.5, Zona Hotelera). I need a freelance videographer who can be on-site from 9 AM to 12 PM to film the event in a polished, cinematic style.
The core focus is our product demonstrations; those segments must look dynamic and visually engaging while still feeling authentic to the flow of the morning. Alongside that, I’d like general coverage that captures the atmosphere, crowd reactions and any unexpected highlights.

• Your price for three hours of coverage, including what deliverables (e.g., raw footage, edited highlight reel, color-graded master) are included.
• A brief note on similar corporate or tech-focused events you have covered.
High-quality 4K capture, clean audio and steady handheld or gimbal work are the baseline expectations. A quick turnaround on the finished edit would be a plus, but we can discuss timelines once the scope is clear.
