Cinematic Corporate Reception Raw Footage

I’m arranging a corporate reception and need a skilled videographer who can capture the entire reception in a cinematic style, then hand over the unedited material for our in-house team to finish.

The shoot is limited to the reception window only, so I’m counting on you to arrive, set up quickly, and cover speeches, guest interactions, décor details, and any live entertainment with smooth, visually rich shots. Think purposeful camera movement, shallow depth of field where appropriate, clean audio from the podium, and plenty of natural crowd ambience.

Because I only need raw files, there’s no post-production required on your end—just transfer the footage (preferably 4K or high-bit-rate 1080p) via drive or cloud within 24 hours. Please bring the gear you trust for low-light indoor settings: fast lenses, gimbal or steadicam, dual-system sound, and backup cards.

Deliverables:
• All original video files from the reception, time-code intact
• Separate audio tracks when recorded offboard
• A brief clip log noting any card swaps or camera resets
