Cinematic Corporate Event Reels

I’m hosting a corporate event in Sangamvadi, Pune and want a local videographer who can turn the keynote speeches and on-stage presentations into a series of polished, cinematic Instagram-style reels. My priority is crisp audio on the podium, smooth gimbal work for dynamic shots, and a color-graded look that feels executive yet vibrant.

You’ll be on site for the full run of presentations, capturing multiple camera angles so we can edit each speaker into its own 30-60 second reel, as well as one master highlight cut. If time allows, we can also grab a few informal moments around the venue, but the stage footage comes first.

Please bring your own 4K camera setup, lapel or shotgun mics, gimbal, and a lighting kit suitable for an indoor conference hall. Post-production should include basic sound balancing, color grading, tasteful lower-thirds, and delivery of the final files in both vertical (9:16) and horizontal formats ready for social media.
