Cinematic College Fest Coverage Video

The project covers our entire college fest from first drumbeat to last encore and must feel like a big-screen experience. I need the full event captured—opening ceremony, live performances, and the spontaneous crowd moments that give the festival its pulse—then shaped into a dramatic, cinematic film with rich color grading, dynamic sound design, and smooth storytelling flow.

Footage will be shot on-site across multiple venues; low-light concerts, bright outdoor stalls, backstage corridors, and enthusiastic student interactions all matter. Think sweeping establishing shots, tight performance close-ups, and candid reactions stitched together with purposeful pacing rather than a simple chronological record.

Deliverables
• Master film: 8–12 min narrative cut, 1080p or 4K, ready for big-screen projection and YouTube release
• Social teaser: 60-sec vertical edit for Instagram Reels/TikTok, matching the cinematic tone
• Separate high-quality audio stems for voice-overs, music, and ambient crowd, synced to footage
• All raw footage transferred on an external drive or secure cloud folder for our archives

Acceptance criteria
• Every highlighted segment—opening ceremony, each scheduled performance, and audience interaction blocks—must appear at least once in the final cut.
• Consistent cinematic grading (no mixed white balances) and balanced audio levels throughout.
• Final files delivered within two weeks of the event.

If you already shoot with gimbal-stabilized 4K cameras, have experience with multi-camera concerts, and edit in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, your existing workflow will fit perfectly. I’ll supply the run-sheet, stage schedules, and any branding assets in advance so you can plan shot lists and transitions before the first spotlight hits.
