Camera Operator and Video Editor Needed for Comedy Short Film
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m producing a short comedy film (The Almost Secret Agent) for festival submission. The story is set entirely inside a house (multiple rooms), about 8–12 minutes runtime, in the style of "Get Smart" and "The Other Guys"
I’m seeking two collaborators:
1. Camera Operator (Tripod/Phone)
4–5 hour shoot (Los Angeles, 1 location, flexible date).
Mostly static tripod setups, occasional pans.
Smartphone and tripod provided, but your own gear is a plus.
Compensation: Flat $100, plus meals, IMDb credit, and a copy for your reel.
2. Video Editor
Assemble raw footage into final 8–12 minute short.
Basic sound sync, pacing for comedy, simple credits/titles.
Approx. 6–8 hours of editing.
Compensation: Negotiable, ideally $30–$40/hour or flat $200–$250.
What You Get:
IMDb and on-screen credit.
Reel material and festival exposure.
Collaborative, fun project.
