Cinema 4D Floor Plan

I want someone to build me a cinema 4D project for a 3D floor plan. The project must have all the lighting, camera, materials and render settings done using built in Cinema 4D tools. I want the end product after render to look exactly as the picture attached. I only need floor, walls, doors and windows. None of the furniture is needed. Please let me know if there is anything else you need to know.
