Job Title:
Senior Salesforce Developer (OmniStudio)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in OmniStudio to support a large-scale public-facing licensing platform.
This role involves both production support and new feature development in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with real users, live systems, and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using OmniStudio (OmniScript, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards)
Build and enhance Experience Cloud portals for external users
Handle production support issues, troubleshoot and resolve defects quickly
Design scalable solutions with minimal reliance on custom Apex code
Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
Participate in client meetings, demos, and status updates

Support deployments and releases using tools like Copado or similar CI/CD pipelines
Ensure code quality through testing, validation, and best practices
Work closely with developers, testers, and architects in an Agile environment


Required Skills:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudioOmniScript
Integration Procedures
DataRaptors
FlexCards
Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers
Experience building Experience Cloud (portal) applications
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, external systems)
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Excellent communication and ability to work in a client-facing role


Preferred Skills:
Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS)

Experience with Copado or other deployment tools
Understanding of CI/CD and release management
Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments
