Senior React Developer for Web App Project

Job ID: 39684590

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Title

React Developer for Data-Driven Web App (Short Project)

Overview

I’m hiring an experienced React developer to polish and productionize a small data-driven, mobile-first web app. You’ll take an existing MVP and make it fast, reliable, and ready to launch. The project involves rendering records from a spreadsheet-style backend, showing location info on a map, and deploying to a modern host.

Full details and brand will be shared after shortlist

Responsibilities

Stabilize and optimize an existing React codebase

Hook up a spreadsheet/NoSQL backend (e.g., Airtable/Sheets/Supabase) securely via env vars

Integrate a map provider for location display (embed or SDK)

Ensure responsive UI and baseline accessibility (keyboard/focus/contrast)

Configure CI/CD and deploy to a modern platform (Vercel/Netlify), incl. custom domain & SSL

Provide a short README and a quick handoff call

Nice to Have

Light performance passes (code splitting, lazy loading)

Basic analytics and error monitoring setup

Search/filters UX experience

Tech (Flexible)

React (JS/TS) + modern build tool (Vite/CRA/Next as static)

Spreadsheet/NoSQL backend (Airtable, Google Sheets, Supabase, etc.)

Map integration (any major provider)

Vercel or Netlify, GitHub CI

Deliverables

Live, mobile-friendly site with clean Lighthouse scores

Secure env configuration (no keys in repo)

README covering local setup, env, and deploy steps

15–20 min handoff walkthrough

Budget & Timeline

Fixed price: $250–$700 (depending on portfolio and scope confirmation)

Target timeline: 3–5 business days from kickoff

How to Apply (Short)

Please include:

1. 2–3 links to similar React projects you’ve shipped (data + map + deploy).

2. A brief note on how you’d structure secure envs, deployment, and map integration.

3. Your availability and fixed price for this scope.
