Salesforce Service Cloud Portal Build
Budget: ₹1,000,000 – ₹2,500,000 INR
Building a secure, clinic-centric portal on Salesforce Service Cloud is the immediate priority for this life-science programme. The work sits on an existing Service Cloud and Community Cloud foundation and must comply with strict healthcare security and audit requirements.
Scope of work
• Configure and customise Service Cloud and Experience (Community) Cloud to surface patient-facing and clinic-facing pages behind robust login policies.
• Develop Apex-based REST services and call-outs that integrate directly with external health systems; bullet-proof error-handling frameworks are the non-negotiable focus.
• Write triggers and service classes that respect Platform Encryption, Field Audit Trail and all CRUD/FLS checks.
• Deliver unit tests with >90 % coverage, paying special attention to edge cases around therapy-scheduling rules.
• Package and deploy through our existing Git-based CI/CD pipeline, providing TDDs and traceability matrices for validation audits.
Acceptance criteria
1. Portal security review passes Salesforce Shield and internal audit checks.
2. External health-system integration succeeds across happy-path and error scenarios, with retry logic logged.
3. Automated test suite reports ≥90 % coverage.
4. Deployment scripts run cleanly in sandbox and production environments.
Logistics
• On-site presence in Chennai is expected for key workshops; remote days are negotiable thereafter.
• A minimum of five years’ hands-on Salesforce development is required, and the monthly package is calibrated around the 1.5 – 2 L range for the right expertise.
