SCADA / OT Configuration Management Process Design (Release & Environment Integrated)

I’m looking for an experienced Configuration Management consultant with exposure to SCADA / OT / critical infrastructure programmes to design a robust, auditable Configuration Management (CM) process.

The CM process must be practical, enterprise-ready, and fully integrated with:
Release Management
Environment Management
Build & Packaging
Custom Scripting
Deployment & Cutover (manual & CI/CD)

This will be embedded into an existing SCADA delivery model, not a greenfield IT setup.

Versioning, baselining & audits
Change to Config to Release traceability
CI - Environment - Release relationships

Pragmatic ITIL / ISO alignment

2. Integrated End-to-End Flow (Key Deliverable)

Visual process flow showing CM interaction with:
Release & Environment Management
Build, scripts, deployment & rollback
Clear inputs/outputs, approvals, RACI & tool touchpoints

3. Release & Deployment Alignment

Release packaging rules
Environment-specific config handling
Controlled SCADA/OT deployments
Emergency / break-glass changes
Deliverables
End-to-end process flow diagram (PPT / Visio / Draw.io)
CM process document (Word / PDF)
RACI (preferred)
Integration points & SCADA constraints
