PHP AWS EC2 CI/CD Pipeline & MySQL Setup

Setup CI/CD Pipeline for PHP Project on AWS EC2 with MySQL
My already created web application uses:
backend PHP
front end of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- MySQL, a database
My source code resides on a secret GitHub repository.
I require a freelancer to:
1. AWS EC2 Installation:
Preferably use my PHP app to an AWS EC2 instance (Ubuntu).
Set up Apache/Nginx, PHP, and MySQL on EC2.
Establish SSL (Let's Encrypt), safe access, and environmental variables.
2. Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Pipeline:
Create a CI/CD pipeline so that the changes I made locally and pushed to GitHub are automatically updated:
pulled from GitHub to EC2.
Tested/validated before delivery.
live deployment without downtime.
GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or other such instruments can be used by Pipeline.
3. Databases:
Configure MySQL on AWS (either on RDS or EC2).
Move my current local database to AWS.
4. Deliverables:
Completely operational live site hosted on AWS EC2.
CI/CD pipeline combined with Github.
Future reference deployment documents.
Conditions:
Knowledge of AWS EC2 and Linux server configuration.
Outstanding PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript competence.
Familiarity with GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
Capability to guarantee deployment following best security standards.
Set up production and staging environments.
Configuring automated database backup.
Already we have aws account.
