Full Migration from GKE to Cloud Run + Source Code Analysis (Frontend, Backend & 4 Socket Services)

I am looking for an experienced Google Cloud Platform developer to analyze the complete source code of the project and migrate the entire infrastructure from Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to Cloud Run.

The project includes:
• Frontend (React)
• Backend/API
• 4 Socket-based services (real-time microservices)
• Current deployments running on GKE (services, ingress, autoscaling)

The full source code will be provided as an attachment (/mnt/data/chat-frontend-main_only_CC.zip).

Main Objectives

1. Technical Analysis of the Current Architecture
• Review frontend and backend code.
• Analyze the 4 socket services (ports, behavior, scaling, communication).
• Review existing Dockerfiles.
• Analyze GKE deployments, services, ingress, environment variables.

2. Migration from GKE to Cloud Run
• Create optimized Dockerfiles for Cloud Run.
• Convert GKE deployments into separate Cloud Run services:
• Frontend → Cloud Run container or static service
• Backend API → Cloud Run
• Socket Services (1–4) → One Cloud Run service per socket
• Configure Cloud Run networking (internal communication, VPC, env vars).
• Set up CI/CD using:
• Cloud Build, or
• GitHub Actions (preferred)

3. Full Technical Documentation
• Old vs. new architecture comparison
• DevOps procedures
• Deployment instructions
• Configuration details for all 4 socket services

4. Deployment Support
• Assist with the final deployment to Cloud Run
• Validate the correct operation of all services
• Basic performance and scaling tests
