I need an experienced testing company to take full ownership of quality assurance for our SaaS platform. Both automation and manual testing matter to me in equal measure, so I’m expecting you to design and run a balanced strategy that combines robust scripted coverage with thoughtful exploratory sessions. While you will eventually touch every corner of the product, the first mandate is rock-solid performance testing—stress, load, and scalability must be quantified and optimized before the next release.

What will win my attention is evidence that you have done this before. Point me to past work that shows end-to-end testing on live SaaS products, especially where you introduced CI/CD test automation, monitored production performance, and delivered measurable defect reductions. • A continuously updated bug tracker with prioritised, reproducible issues
