Azure Microservices CI/CD Setup Help

I have a set of microservices already running in Azure and I need an experienced hand to create a complete, production-ready CI and CD pipeline for them—this is a focused, one-off engagement that I’d like wrapped up ASAP.

Here’s what I’m looking for you to deliver:
• A clean, version-controlled CI configuration that automatically builds and tests each microservice on every push.
• A seamless CD flow that packages the services and deploys them back into my Azure environment with zero-downtime releases.
• Clear, reproducible steps (preferably a YAML pipeline in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions if you think that’s a better fit) so I can maintain it after you finish.
• A quick run-through showing me the pipeline in action so I’m confident everything works.
