Azure DevOps person for CI/CD Setup

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps personal with to design, implement, and guide our team in setting up robust CI/CD pipelines across multiple full-stack and backend projects. This role will be crucial in establishing our deployment infrastructure and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Set up and configure separate Test and Production environments on Azure
- Implement branching strategies and workflows (GitFlow, trunk-based, or similar)
- Containerize applications using Docker for consistent deployments
- Configure automated testing, building, and deployment processes
- Establish infrastructure as code practices
- Guide and train the development team on CI/CD best practices
- Document deployment processes and create runbooks
- Set up monitoring and logging for deployed applications
- Implement security best practices in the deployment pipeline

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have:
- Azure Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience with Azure services including:
- Azure App Services / Azure Container Instances / AKS
- Azure Container Registry
- Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Azure Key Vault, Storage, and networking
- Docker & Containerization: Strong experience in containerizing applications and orchestration
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Proven track record of building automated pipelines
- Git & GitHub: Expert-level understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and GitHub features
- Full-Stack Applications: Experience deploying web applications (frontend + backend)
- Python & APIs: Experience with Python application deployment and API management

Nice to Have:
- Kubernetes experience (AKS)
- Experience with multiple programming languages/frameworks
- Azure certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)
- Database deployment and migration strategies
- Monitoring tools (Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Security scanning and vulnerability assessment tools
