Azure DevOps CI/CD Specialist Needed

Currently, I’m working on understanding and updating the CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps. My main task is to work on Helm charts by comparing Azure and GCP configurations and making the required changes so they work for both environments.
I am also learning how to integrate Helm into the pipeline, perform Helm dry runs for validation, and understand how Flux deploys the application to the AKS cluster.
I need help mainly with: • Structuring and modifying Helm charts correctly
• Understanding pipeline YAML and integrating Helm steps
• Using Flux for deployment and verifying sync in AKS
