Azure Cloud Administration & Deployment Support

I need a hands-on Azure cloud specialist to streamline day-to-day administration of our portal and stand beside my development team while we push new releases through Azure App Service.

Administration focus
• Tighten and maintain user access with clear role-based assignments and policies.
• Monitor performance, cost, and security posture, then tune resources for efficiency.
• Configure new and existing services as our workload grows.

Deployment support
Our developers want frictionless, repeatable releases. You’ll work with them to:
• Automate deployments to Azure App Service.
• Troubleshoot build or runtime issues as they surface.
• Set up full CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps that include automated tests and staged rollouts.

Tooling we already use or plan to use: Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager templates, and Azure Functions. If you can suggest complementary services—Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, for example—I’m open to it as long as the core goals above stay in focus.

Expected deliverables
- An access-control plan applied in the portal and documented for future audits.
- Dashboards or alerts that clearly show health, usage, and cost trends.
- ARM templates or scripts for consistent service provisioning.
- A working CI/CD pipeline that developers can trigger with one click or commit.
- A concise handover guide and walk-through call so the team can own what you build.
