AWS Cloud Infrastructure Setup & CI/CD

I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to help us set up a secure and scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS, specifically in the Canada region. Our platform serves youth in Canada, so ensuring PIPEDA compliance and data residency support is crucial. The project involves several key components, including CI/CD pipeline implementation, Dockerized service deployment, and observability tool configuration.

Key Requirements:
- Set up AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on security and scalability
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Deploy Dockerized services, including a Next.js frontend and Spring Boot microservices
- Configure AWS Secrets Manager for secrets management and enforce IAM best practices
- Enable container orchestration using ECS
- Set up observability tools, specifically Prometheus and Grafana, for metrics, error tracking, and logs
- Ensure compliance with PIPEDA and support data residency requirements

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure setup
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline implementation, particularly with GitHub Actions
- Strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration using ECS
- Experience with secrets management and IAM best practices in AWS
- Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana for infrastructure monitoring
- Understanding of PIPEDA compliance and data residency considerations
