ASP.NET Core IIS Specialist for Optimization

IIS / ASP.NET Core Deployment Expert Needed for Production Environment

We are looking for an experienced IIS & ASP.NET Core engineer to troubleshoot and stabilize a production deployment running on Windows Server 2022.

Current environment:

ASP.NET Core 8 API
IIS 10
SQL Server 2022
Azure Front Door
Windows Server 2022 VM

Existing Issues

Intermittent IIS 500.30 startup errors
Application pool crashes under traffic spikes
Reverse proxy and forwarding-header issues behind Azure Front Door
SSL/HTTPS redirect inconsistencies
High memory consumption from worker processes
Occasional failed deployments during CI/CD publishing

Scope of Work

Diagnose and fix IIS hosting issues
Optimize ASP.NET Core hosting configuration
Configure ARR, URL Rewrite, and reverse proxy settings correctly
Review and optimize application pool settings
Improve server stability and request handling under load
Validate SSL, DNS, and forwarding-header configuration
Review deployment pipeline and reduce deployment failures
Implement logging and monitoring recommendations
