I need an ethical hacker

I've been completely hacked, email accounts hacked, had to close down bank accounts, credit cards, he put a credit freeze on my credit bureau accounts, took over every device including iPhone, win laptop, pc, android phone and router. Now he's making fraudulent charges to apple account forcing me to remove payment info to keep icloud account open. Had to remove 99% of my money from bank accounts just to keep them open. Went to other banks to open accounts to stash money and can't as he's gotten into my lifelock account and put credit freezes on my profile for which I don't have a PIN. Destroying my life is what he's trying to do. Took my devices to top end business who gave back devices without charge and told me to go to FBI immediately, which I did. Convincwd them to let me talk to an agent and she thought it was serious enough to take a report and submit it straight to security team - in essence jumping the line as i did not have to fill out online form an wait for them to get back to me. He keeps hacking and taking over email accounts I make ay libraries and has even hacked a burner phone that I had on at my house. The home phone might even be compromised 623-561-5546. Only way to get ahold of me and even then you might have to use your hacking skills to get through as it is hosted on the same network as the internet. I need someone to contact me about problem. He has my Crypto account locked up and can't get to my gmail or keep an email account open long enough to stay in touch with crypto.com to resolve problem. I need help. This has to stop. Need a prtotected "home bubble' with which to work in and then retaliate in some form an maybe identify where this is coming from. FBI told me to hire lawyer/s to get ready. Internet company says fraudulent activity is coming from my IP but they have no answers an won't tell me what's going on with investigation. You might need your hacking skills just to get through if he finds this account and hacks it too. Would prefer someone in Phoenix, AZ area to work with. They need to look at hardware and examine residence. I need a safe, secure place to work from and stay in touch with my lawyers and begin recovering all kinds of accounts.
